McCall Wines: Burger Fridays

Fridays just got a whole lot better on the North Fork with Burger Fridays at McCall Wines, with burgers served up by the North Fork Food Truck. Russell McCall’s not only producing some of the finest wines on the North Fork but also the finest beef. Located on the 100  acre farm adjoining the vineyard and tasting room are McCall’s herd of pure bred  French, Charolais cattle who reign from the Burgundy region and are touted as some of the finest beef around. McCall’s herd, dine daily on fields of green - better for them and better for us!  Burgers are topped with cheese, crispy onions, sautéed mushrooms or just plain and simple on a bun. Add a bottle of McCall’s Pinot Noir, a stroll past the stables and you’ve
got yourself quite a unique Friday night experience on the North Fork. The atmosphere: warm and convivial with folks setting up their spreads over umbrella covered picnic tables or impromptu blankets spread out under the trees.
