Aldo Maiorana, a Sicilian born Frenchman, first opened on the North Fork back in 1986 and has been roasting his own coffees ever since. Come for the freshly roasted, freshly brewed coffee, steel cut oatmeal or scones in the morning. The Lobster Roll, Fish Taco or Cuban sandwich for lunch. And for dinner it's BYOB. Bring a bottle of local and there's no corkage fee.
